Roboform seems the best for me, Dashlane is good but too expensive, LastPass is good but their Windows App is very bad so you don’t have autofill for windows apps and KeePass is free but you have to do a lot of stuff manually. I had free RoboForm. Then it became $23.88/month. Could not talk with them so, finally, cancelled it with GREAT difficulty.
