What is the AAPM speaker index?

The AAPM Speaker Index is an effort to provide information for those planning meetings or developing requests for proposal. The original intent was to be able to find diverse speakers for regional chapter meetings, but can be used to find potential speakers for other events as well.

How much does it cost to attend the AAPM meeting?

If meeting participants are unable to participate in everything presented in that five-day period, the registration fee also includes access to content On-Demand. Medical physicists residing in recognized developing countries will have full access to the AAPM 2021 Annual meeting for a reduced registration fee of only $100.

What's new at AAPM this year?

New this year: AAPM is offering "post-meeting access" to the meeting content for purchase by AAPM members and non-members. You may purchase access and continue to receive credit for the latest science, clinical knowledge, and professional development. Would we rather see all of you in person? Of course.

What is the AAPM code of Conduct for meeting participants?

All AAPM meeting participants shall abide by PP-31 -- AAPM Code of Conduct at Meetings and Social Events. If you are registering as a Non-Member Student/Resident/Post-Doc or Registrant Residing in a Developing Country, you will be required to submit a letter with specific information that is outlined here.

Will AAPM apply for cat a credits for sessions viewed on demand?

AAPM will not apply for CAT A credits for sessions viewed on demand after their scheduled time. Starting in 2021, Non-Registrants, regardless of AAPM membership status, will be able to access the meeting content after an interval of time via the AAPM website. AAPM members will gain access through the AAPM Virtual Library one year after the meeting.
