To connect, browse to the portal at https://portal.azure.us. Sign in using your Azure Government credentials. Once you sign it, you should see "Microsoft Azure Government" in the upper left of the main navigation bar.
Azure for Free. Azure has been in the market for a long time. After Gartner placed Microsoft as a leader in the Magic Quadrant consecutively for three years, it's sure that Microsoft will lead the future market of Cloud. The services and features provided by Azure are consistently getting better and better.
To create a new account, navigate to your Azure Active Directory Tenant: Select Active Directory Select your directory Select “Users” Select Add User In step 1), Make sure to select under “type of user”: “New user in your organization” write down the user account name of your user: In step 2), make sure to select “global admin”.
Click on "User Management" on the top left of the Azure Portal. Click on the "Add New Co-Admin" button on the top left of the Azure portal. Enter the Windows Live ID (email address) of the person you wish to add as a Co-Administrator, and click on the checkbox of the subscription you wish to add the "co-admin" to.
Azure Regions. Microsoft Azure is available in 36 regions globally, with 6 additional regions in the works to be added soon. (At least at the time of writing this article; Microsoft keeps investing and building new regions. It’s growing!) These Azure Regions are basically geographic groupings of 2, 3, or more datacenters.
Design. Microsoft Azure uses a specialized operating system, called Microsoft Azure, to run its "fabric layer": a cluster hosted at Microsoft's data centers that manages computing and storage resources of the computers and provisions the resources (or a subset of them) to applications running on top of Microsoft Azure.
Microsoft Azure is a flexible cloud computing platform that enables enterprises to build, deploy and manage applications promptly through Microsoft managed and its partner hosted data centers.
