Think of it as a stealth mode CC. If you’re using Gmail, BCC is easy to find. To the right of the “To” line of an email draft, you’ll find options for CC and BCC. Click either one (or both) to bring up new lines, and include email addresses as relevant there before sending your email.
If you include a person’s email address in the BCC field, they’ll receive a copy of the email in their inbox as if they were CC’d. The difference is, their email address won’t be displayed to the other people on the email chain; and as a result of this, they won’t receive subsequent Reply or Reply All messages from other people in the thread.
The BCC (“blind carbon copy”) feature helps you send an email to more than one recipient. When you enter an email address in the BCC field, that address receives a copy of the email sent to the primary recipient. The primary recipient of a BCC’d mail will not be aware of the BCC’d recipient.
If this is your first time accessing your BCC email and haven’t claimed your Bronco ID yet, click on the following link to use our Self-Service Account Manager (SSAM): First-time login? Once you submit your information, your Online Support Services window will provide you with your temporary email address and password.
