Disable from System Configuration. Press Windows Key + R to open Run. Type msconfig and click OK. This will open System Configuration. Click the Startup tab. Go through the list of services that are enabled to launch at the restart. Uncheck Adobe Creative Cloud service. Click Apply and OK to save the changes.
