You can specify the name of the uninstalled driver or the third-party driver in the device driver store. Installed third-party drivers in the driver store will be named Oem0.inf, Oem1.inf, and so on. This is referred to as the published name.

Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall. On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process. When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.
