Submit application with complete requirements at Window 1 of the ACR I-Card Area at the Bureau of Immigration (BI) Main Office, located at Magallanes Dr., Intramuros, Manila. Upon submission, the BI will check their database for any derogatory records under your name. Once cleared, get an Order of Payment Slip (OPS).
Present original ACR I-Card or paper-based ACR, passport visa page of latest arrival and official receipts of previous Annual Report payment. Secure the Order of Payment Slip. Pay the required immigration fees. Get the Official Receipt.
