The leading global educational Initiative, the F1 in Schools STEM Challenge, unveiled a new logo at the F1 in Schools UK National Finals held at Silverstone Race Circuit last week. Incorporating the new Formula 1 logo launched last year, F1 in Schools’ new look visually reinforces the challenge’s status as Formula 1's official education initiative.

We see the F1 in Schools challenge as a fun learning environment where students can gain skills, make connections, and develop an informed view about careers in engineering, Formula 1, science, marketing, project management, and technology. Competition this year looks a little different compared to a ‘typical’ year.
F1 in Schools is dedicated to introducing students to engineering, project management, branding and marketing, and teamwork from a young age through racing.
Design - using 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) software, design an F1 car of the future to the specifications set by the International Rules Committee just like in Formula 1. Analyse - aerodynamics are analysed for drag coefficiency in a virtual wind tunnel using Computational Fluid Dynamics Software (CFD).
