We don't care if it is done on the client-side (i.e. a smartphone with ios/android), or on the server-side (i.e. php with Imagemagick). But if you want to make a singel gif file with the other gifs worked into it, you have a lot of work to do. It can be done using Paintshop Pro or another heavyweight image-editor, but it is a lot of work and I don't see any benefit in it.
