How to check if Hauppauge is the correct firmware?
To check that you have the correct firmware, open the myTV app, go to Settings -> Hauppauge Cordcutter TV -> Info and look for the firmware version. If you do not see the three downloads in the Firmware Update page, you did not hold the reset button long enough to go into Setup mode.
