Chrome installed using the user lev el "setup" program cannot be silently uninstalled. If you use the corporate installer "MSI" installer for chrome it will replace all user copies with a global installation. You can then use the MSI to perform a silent uninstall. Google has built it this way on purpose so they will get notified on an uninstall.

First go to programs and find Google chrome. right click and uninstall it, check remove extras, ect. If that doesn't get rid of it for you, try this: First go to your control panel and make sure google chrome is gone by checking the "uninstall programs".
