Pompom color sorting: Stick color flash cards to the trays/ bins/ cups. Keep the pompoms in a big bowl. Ask the kids to sort them out using a tweezer. You can also use other small objects like buttons/ bottle caps/ board game coins/ etc. Spread the cards on the floor.
