Nutrition Coach plans are easy to follow as you can eat all the food groups and you do not have to count points, calories, nor follow complex food formulas. You already know that is it almost impossible to lose weight while eating bland, boring food. Our programs focus on tasty, healthy choices from farm to table.
There are a lot of apps out there that are meant to replace personal trainers and nutrition coaches. Everything from workout routine apps (Aaptiv, Kaa-Yaa, Sworkit, etc.) to food diary apps (MyFitnessPal, Lose It, etc.) make it easier – and cheaper – for people to get fit.
While there are thousands of fitspo nutrition coaches nowadays, there aren’t many companies hiring nutrition coaches outright. Stronger U (I’m biased) would be an example of a bonafide nutrition coaching company that hires nutrition coaches directly, but you won’t find their jobs advertised on any job boards.
Carbon Diet Coach is a science-based nutrition app designed by renowned nutrition coaches Dr. Layne Norton (Ph.D. Nutritional Sciences), Holly Baxter (MS Dietetics), and Registered Dietitian Keith Kraker (BS Dietetics). It does everything a normal nutrition coach would but at a fraction of the cost.
As a health coach you cannot give specific advice on how to treat a disease, but you can discuss nutrition in relation to a client's health goals. This applies to the advice you give clients as well as any wording in your marketing and advertisements.
Also called health coaches, nutrition coaches are nutritionists who help patients with diet and exercise planning and motivate them to meet their personal goals.
