It is mandatory to use the "Mon projet Québec" online immigration service to begin the Quebec Skilled Worker immigration process. The last Regular Skilled Worker Program intake period ended March 31, 2017, and a maximum of 10,000 applications for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) were accepted under the program during this time.
