8 hours ago Oct 20, 2017 . Rosh Review. After finishing PEER IX, I still had over a month until the exam so I looked around at what I was going to study next. I was intrigued by a private company called Rosh Review. Founded by Adam Rosh, an emergency physician in 2012, it enjoys a pretty good reputation among emergency docs studying for their written tests. But Rosh ...

4 hours ago So I did the entire Rosh Review Qbank for the ABEM qualifying and ended up scoring 5% lower on the actual test. I passed comfortably, but just some anecdotal experience. I am sure that having worked through it once already the previous spring for ITE caused my Rosh Score to be a little inflated.

6 hours ago Rosh Review was extremely helpful to me. I actually felt like the PANCE questions were easier than Rosh Review. Plus you can go section by section in Rosh. I would read about cardiology in PPP, then specifically focus on murmurs for example, and then go to Rosh Review and just answer questions in the murmur subsection of cardiology.

That effectively makes Rosh a 3300 question bank. It has a solid interface with good data collection. It has a lot of info if you want it, but you can also streamline what you read to get the bare facts. The end point is this: The PANCE is not hard.
I used Rosh and a Board Review course for my board prep, and knocked the boards out of the park. No other reading really. Right behind you... Agree with the above. Rosh is pretty good. Used it for my board prep and did pretty well. Last year they were giving a discount on the ACEP exhibit floor if you signed up then.
I was intrigued by a private company called Rosh Review. Founded by Adam Rosh, an emergency physician in 2012, it enjoys a pretty good reputation among emergency docs studying for their written tests. But Rosh Review offers a little more than just EM questions.
