4 hours ago I think that's up to you. The risks of a 2 year old not using a car seat are certainly no different in Peru than anywhere else. I suppose if you use a car seat when you go on trains, buses, planes, and taxis in your home country than you might want to bring one with.. I know in Chicago, my home city in the USA, I never see kids in car seats on commuter trains or on the bus.

The seat will go back in a lot easier. then snap it back on. We had a customer that weighed in at 300/350 lbs. We tried a lot of fixes to keep his seat cover/pad from moving around including cover, pad, frame. No luck.
