In this article, we discuss the first step in fretboard memorization: building a framework. This begins with learning some key reference points. The previous article looked at the horizontal sequence of notes on the guitar neck. In contrast, this post will focus on some key vertical sequences.
You can even select a specific fretboard area to practice , or choosing to practice only some strings. This mode is suitable for the beginner guitar player that needs to learn the fretboard in baby-steps . You can also set the fretboard trainer to drill you only on natural notes , sharps notes or flat notes .
In the easy mode, there is no countdown , you can use the tool at your own pace. You can even select a specific fretboard area to practice , or choosing to practice only some strings. This mode is suitable for the beginner guitar player that needs to learn the fretboard in baby-steps .
