Ordered tetrad data yield information on chromatid interference, chiasma interference, and centromere locations. In this article, we show that the assumption of no chromatid interference imposes certain constraints on multilocus ordered tetrad probabilities.
Step 1 replicated them. Step 2 is alignment and formation of the tetrad. Step 3 is crossing over. Step 4 is separation of the homologous chromosomes. Step 5 is separation of the sister chromatids. The first stage of meiosis is called prophase I, and this is when the tetrad forms. The two homologous chromosomes will align next to each other.
Linkage is measured as the number of recombinants divided by the total progeny. Because there are four progeny per tetrad, here we have 400 spores, and 2 of the 4 in each TT tetrad are recombinants. Therefore we have 20 recombinants out of 400 = 5% recombination or 5% linkage.
Compared with single spore data, where the four products from a single meiosis can only be recovered separately, tetrad data, where four meiotic products can be recovered together, have several advantages. First, chromatid interference and chiasma interference can be distinguished using tetrad data.
The tetrads of concern were 1949-1950, 1967-1968, and the current one of 2014-2015. Instead of being signs with mere relative nearness to the events, day counts demonstrated what looks to be a divine order of a precise nature. As with any discovery, there is always room for more discovery.
As has been demonstrated, 2024 looks to be the year that fulfills the majority of prophecy in the Bible. Amazingly, two of the other tetrads' eclipses were also linked to November 11, 2024 by specific day counts. The first eclipse of the tetrad of 1949-1950 was exactly 6,666 x pi + 6,666 days before that date.
The important fact was that the tetrad of 1493-1494, though remote, was also significant with regards to Israel. But was that the end of its significance? The span of time involved in a tetrad is three sets of 177 days between eclipses. This totals 531 days for the duration of the tetrad.
Above is a time laps photo of the 1st eclipse of the last tetrad (4 blood moons in a row) for 549 years. There have been 56 tetrads since Christ's day. This is the last of 8 that fell on the first and last of the 7 "feasts of the LORD" (Lev. 23:4; cf. Gen 1:14).
