  If you have any questions about your uvm.edu account or email at UVM, you can Submit an Online Help Request, email the UVM Tech Team's Helpline, or call them at (802) 656-2604. The Tech Team can help you to use your UVM email effectively or to get support for any other UVM IT need.

• Is my email safe on a UVM server?

  Because your email is redundantly protected on UVM servers, should something happen to your device or computer your email will be safe—assuming your Outlook email program is properly configured. To configure your email software, see our Add a UVM email account to your device Knowledge Base article.

• How do I access UW exchange online using Owa light?

  To access UW Exchange Online using Outlook Web App (OWA) Open Outlook Web App (OWA). Log in using your UW NetID and password. If you are prompted to set the time zone, select it from the dropdown list. When you connect to OWA with a browser that cannot use OWA Standard, it automatically uses OWA Light.

• Who has access to UVM exchange?

  All current students, staff, and faculty with active UVM NetIDs have access to UVM's Microsoft Exchange service. Exchange is a robust, enterprise-class messaging and collaboration solution that integrates email and calendar functionality. Be Part of the UVM Community!

• How do I Check my Outlook email from home?

  Click "E-mail Accounts…" and then click "New…" under the E-Mail tab. If you haven't used Outlook on this PC before, you must first click "Add," and then enter a profile name. For example, type "Home.". Click "OK.". Click the "Manual Setup or Additional Server Types" radio, then click "Next.".

• How do you sign an email in outlook?

  Open the Signatures and Stationery window by clicking the "Stationery and Fonts" button in the Mail section of the Outlook Options window. If the "Personal Stationery" tab is selected by default, click the "E-mail Signature" tab. Click "New" and type a name for your new signature. Click "OK" and then type your name into the Edit Signature box.
