Where can I download VSee for my phone?
Ok, we can now proceed to downloading VSee to your phone. Go to the mobile app store for your phone. This is either Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone or iOS. Search VSee Clinic, then download and install the app. Make sure you aren’t downloading other VSee apps like VSee Messenger or VSee Waiting Room.
Where do I Find my VSee username and password?
You may sign up for an account here: https://my.vsee.com/signup What’s my VSee username/ID and password? Your VSee username is the email address you used when you signed up for an account. In case you forgot your password, you may reset it here.
Do you need VSee for a Chromebook?
You do not need to download VSee if you are using a Chromebook*. Simply go to your provider’s Clinic URL by clicking (or cutting and pasting) the link you were sent. Be sure to use Chrome. Please see our current system requirements and specifications here.
