The Habit Tracker: What It Is and How It Works. A habit tracker is a simple way to measure whether you did a habit. The most basic format is to get a calendar and cross off each day you stick with your routine.
If you want to do a habit every day, but you stack it on top of a habit that only happens on Mondays, that’s not a good choice. One way to find the right trigger for your habit stack is by brainstorming a list of your current habits. You can use your Habits Scorecard as a starting point. Alternatively, you can create a list with two columns.
Create, complete, stop, or pause habits whenever it is convenient for you. Add notes to your habits to highlight the main points during the day. Improve your daily routine by completing guided tasks and competing with other Productive users from all over the world.
You can print out the pages, punch them, and insert them in your planner or you can print, cut, and tape or glue them on a page. If you want to use these as bullet journal habit trackers, I recommend printing them on matte sticker paper, cutting them out, and sticking them in your planner.
