As many of you know, the One Punch Man Workout Routine is the workout routine of the Japanese superhuman (anime character), Saitama. Saitama was originally just an ordinary man, who one day realized his strength and set a goal of being the world’s strongest man.
Break up the 100 reps into multiple sets, with a 2-3 minute break inbetween. So instead of 100 reps of push-ups straight, you’ll work up to doing 5 sets of 20 (100 reps total). Then 5 sets of 25 (125 reps total). Then 4×25 (100 reps total).
Saitama claims to have developed his strength by following the One Punch Man workout, which consists of 100 situps, 100 pushups, 100 squats, and a 6.2-mile (10-km) run. After following the workout for 3 years, Saitama loses his hair but develops his one-punch knockout power, which ultimately allows him to defeat the monsters.
Now, the crazy thing about the One Punch Man challenge is that at the height of the challenge, you have to complete 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and – this is the most excruciating of all – a 10km run, every day for a week, in order to transform yourself from an average-bodied person, into a superhero.
