Customers can enter Asda stores without a face covering if they have a medical condition or invisible disability that prevents them from wearing a covering. Following Government guidance, all Asda store colleagues in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will now wear a covering while at work unless they have a medical exemption.
When you are ready to come collect your shopping, click the ‘I am on my way’ button in the Asda app. You will not see this if your collection point is a locker. If you don’t have the app, you can click the ‘I am here’ button in your email once you arrive.
