• What version of the SAQ do I need to submit?

  Any SAQ submissions after April 30, 2008 must be completed using SAQ version 1.1. Please note an entity must be compliant with the PCI Data Security Standard in its entirety. The questions in the SAQ version 1.0 do not cover all of the PCI DSS requirements.

• How do I request information from the SAQ?

  To request access to such information, you must submit a request in writing to the person in charge of access to information. To submit comments or requests for general information, you can contact the SAQ’s Customer Relations Centre.

• What is the SAQ and how does it work?

  The SAQ is a validation tool for merchants and service providers who are not required to undergo an on-site data security assessment per the PCI DSS Security Assessment Procedures. Please consult your acquirer and/or payment brand for details regarding PCI DSS validation requirements.

• What is the supplementary application Questionnaire ?

  In order to make a valid application to the University of Cambridge, applicants are asked to complete an online Supplementary Application Questionnaire (SAQ) shortly after submitting their UCAS application.
